📊 How to view your website's page analytics:
Option 1: Email - You will receive a monthly report to your inbox with your page analytics from team@24social.io
Option 2: Log in to your My Place dashboard:
- Log in to your My Place website by appending
/login to your domain (e.g., https://www.yourvenue.com/login). - Click the pencil button in the bottom-right corner to open the edit panel.
- Select Analytics from the menu.
- Use the dropdown menu at the top to view your page analytics for any of these date ranges:
- Today
- Yesterday
- 7 days
- 30 days
- 12 months
💡 Key Terms
Unique Visitors - The number of individual people who visited your page during the selected time period. Each visitor is only counted once, no matter how many times they return or refresh the page.
Site Pageviews - The total number of times pages on your website were viewed during the selected time period. This includes repeat views by the same visitor and multiple visits to the same page.
Average Visit Time - The average amount of time visitors spend on your website during a single visit. This helps you understand how engaging your content is, longer visits usually mean people are spending more time exploring your pages.
Bounce Rate - The percentage of visitors who leave your website after viewing just one page, without taking any further action. A higher bounce rate can indicate that visitors didn’t - find what they were looking for or weren’t encouraged to explore further.
Visits - The total number of times people accessed your website during the selected time period. A single visitor can generate multiple visits if they return to your site more than once.
Hits - Total number of clicks.
Top Pages - The pages on your website that receive the most views during the selected time period. This helps you quickly see which content is most popular with visitors and where engagement is strongest.
Top Locations - The places your visitors are coming from when they click through to your website, such as cities or regions. This helps you understand where your audience is based and where your website is getting the most interest.
Primary Button Clicks - The number of times visitors click the main call-to-action button on your website. This shows how effectively your site is encouraging users to take the next step, such as booking, ordering, or getting in touch.
Top Sources - The channels that drive visitors to your website, such as search engines, social media, or referral links from other websites. This helps you see which platforms are most effective at bringing people to your site.
Top Devices - The types of devices visitors use to access your website, such as mobile, tablet, or desktop. This helps you understand how people are viewing your site and ensure it’s optimised for the devices they use most.
