Connect DesignMyNight

DesignMyNight


What is it? DesignMyNight is used to list your venue online to take customer bookings. This can easily be connected to your website, see instructions below.


How to take customer bookings using DesignMyNight:


  1. Visit this URL to apply to be listed & take bookings with DesignMyNight: https://www.theaccessgroup.com/en-gb/hospitality/software/booking-reservations/
  2. Find your DesignMyNight ID and make a note of it somewhere safe.


How to connect DesignMyNight to your website:


  1. Log in to your My Place website by appending /login to your domain (e.g., https://www.yourvenue.com/login).
  2. Click the pencil button in the bottom-right corner to open the edit panel.
  3. Select Primary Button from the menu.
  4. Click + Add Link
  5. Select a link type, you want to Connect an app
  6. Choose DesignMyNight from the app list.
  7. You will then be asked to provide:
  • Link text - This will be the text that displays on your live website once saved, e.g: Make a Reservation
  • DesignMyNight ID - this can be found in your DesignMyNight account settings.
  1. Click Add link
  2. Finally, select Save Changes to publish this to your website.
