Introduction

Welcome to My Place, the easiest way for independent pubs and bars to create and manage their own website. This guide will walk you through the registration process and how to set up your venue step by step.

Step 1: Registering for My Place

To begin, go to app.24social.io/register Here, you will need to enter your details:

Google Sign-In Option: If you prefer, you can register quickly by signing in with Google.
Email Address: Enter a valid email address for your account.
First Name & Last Name: Provide your full name.
Password: Create a secure password that meets the following requirements:

Minimum 12 characters
At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
At least one number (0-9)
At least one special character (!@#$%^&(),.?"|<>)

Click Continue to proceed.

Step 2: Finding Your Place

After completing your registration, you will be guided to set up your venue. The first step is to find your venue using our Google-powered lookup tool.

Start typing your venue name in the search box.
If your venue appears in the dropdown list, select it.
If you can’t find your place, click on the relevant option to manually enter your details.

Click Next to continue.

Step 3: Describing Your Place

In this step, you will provide some basic information about your venue to personalise your website.

Enter Place Name: Your venue’s official names
Describe Your Place: A short description about your business. Example:
"Family-run 16th-century village pub, serving locally sourced fresh food and Cask Marque awarded ales."

Click Next to proceed.

Step 4: Setting Your Brand Colour

To ensure your website reflects your branding, you can select a brand colour for your site.

Choose a primary colour that represents your business.
This colour will be used for key elements across your website.

Click Next to move forward.

Step 5: Start Your 30-Day Free Trial

Once you have completed all previous steps, you will see a final confirmation screen. Click the Start 30-Day Free Trial button to activate your site.

You now have full access to your My Place dashboard where you can start customizing your site, adding menus, events, and more.
After 30 days, you will be able to choose a subscription plan to continue using My Place.
