🚀 How to Upgrade to My Place Pro

For your website to be listed on search engines such as Google, you will need to connect a custom domain name. To do this, you will need to upgrade your account:

How to upgrade:

1. Log in to your My Place website by appending /login to your domain (e.g., https://www.yourvenue.com/login).
2. Click the 'Ready to go Live? Upgrade to Pro' banner
3. Enter your card details. This is the card we will take payment from for your monthly subscription.
4. Select pay and subscribe and your account will automatically be updated.

🔧 How to Access Subscription Settings

You can manage your billing and subscription details directly through the Site Settings panel - all handled securely via Stripe.

1. Log in to your My Place website by appending /login to your domain (e.g., https://www.yourvenue.com/login).
2. Click the pencil button in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard to open the key settings panel.
3. Select Subscription from the menu.

This will open a secure Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab.

🔁 What You Can Do in the Portal

Within the Stripe portal, you can:

• 🔄 Change your subscription plan (if options are available)
• 🧾 View invoices and billing history
• 🧍 Update your contact and billing details
• 💳 Add or switch payment methods
• ❌ Cancel your subscription (if needed)

All changes are managed securely via Stripe, and any updates will be reflected on your account automatically.
