Adding Contact & Business Information

Keeping your contact information and opening times up to date helps customers reach you easily and improves their overall experience.

Where to Edit Contact Info



To make changes, click Edit Site in the bottom-right corner and open the Place Details panel. Here, you can update everything from your name and summary to your social links and hours.

✏️ Update Your Contact Page Details



1. Name, Summary and Facilities



Name: The name of your venue as it appears on the site.
Summary: A short description of what makes your place unique.
Facilities: Tags such as Cocktail Menu*, Dog Friendly, etc.

2. Address



Add your full address:

Street name
City
Postcode
County and Country

This info shows under “Contact Information” and links to map tools.

3. Contact



Input your:

Phone number
Email address

These will appear on your website as tappable icons and text, making it easy for guests to get in touch.

4. Opening Times



Toggle each day on/off depending on whether you're open.
Add multiple time slots per day (e.g., one for brunch and one for evening).
Displays automatically on your site with dynamic “Open now” or “Closed” indicators.

5. Images



Upload or replace your:

Main Image (featured on your homepage)
Logo
Gallery images

These will display across your contact page and throughout your site.



Add your venue’s social media profiles:

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
These icons will appear under your contact info and link directly to your profiles.

📨 Enquiry Form



Your guests can reach out using the built-in enquiry form on the Contact page.

Visitors fill in:

Name
Email
Message

The form will send their message to the email address set in the Contact section of your site settings.

💡 Make sure your contact email is monitored so you never miss a guest enquiry!
