Creating a Featured Item

Creating & Managing Featured Items on Your My Place Website



With My Place, you can easily create and update featured items to promote special deals, events, and unique experiences at your venue. Follow these steps to manage your featured items effectively.

Creating a New Offer



Navigate to the Featured Tab

Log in to your My Place website by appending /login to your domain (e.g., https://www.yourvenue.com/login).
Click on the Featured tab from the navigation menu.

Click “Add Featured”

At the top of the Featured section, click the “Add Featured” button to open the offer creation panel.

Enter Featured Details

Featured Name: Enter a clear and engaging title for your offer.
Upload an Image: Click “Add an image” to upload a photo representing the offer.
Description: Provide details about the offer, including instructions for redemption or booking.

Save the Feature

Click “Add Featured” to publish it to your website.
The Featured will now appear in the Featured tab, visible to your customers.



Find the Featured

Navigate to the Featured tab.
Locate the Featured you wish to edit.

Click “Edit Featured”

Open the Featured and click the “Edit Featured” button.
Modify the Featured details, including name, image, and description.

Save Changes

Click “Save Changes” to update the Featured instantly.



Go to the Featured Page

Find and open the Featured from the Featured tab.

Click “Edit Featured”

Scroll to the bottom of the edit panel and click “Delete Featured”.
Confirm deletion to remove the Featured permanently.
