Creating & Managing Announcement Banners
📣 How to Create Announcement Banners
- Log in to your My Place website by appending
/loginto your domain (e.g.,https://www.yourvenue.com/login). - Click the pencil button in the bottom-right corner to open the edit panel.
- Select Announcement Banner from the menu.
- Write some announcement text - this is text that will be displayed at the top of your page.
- Add a link to the announcement banner. This can be an internal page, an external link, a phone number, or an email.
- Use the toggle at the bottom of the editor to show or hide the announcement banner on your website.
- Select Save Changes to update your website.
🫣 How to Hide Announcement Banners
- Log in to your My Place website by appending
/loginto your domain (e.g.,https://www.yourvenue.com/login). - Click the pencil button in the bottom-right corner to open the edit panel.
- Select Announcement Banner from the menu.
- Find the toggle and switch it on or off to show or hide the announcement banner on your website.
- Select Save Changes to update your website.
🗑️ How to Remove Announcement Banners
- Log in to your My Place website by appending
/loginto your domain (e.g.,https://www.yourvenue.com/login). - Click the pencil button in the bottom-right corner to open the edit panel.
- Select Announcement Banner from the menu.
- Find the red bin button next to your announcement banner.
- Select Save Changes to remove the banner and update your website.
